How long have you been creating these types of works?
For eleven years now.

Where can I see live examples of your work?
The majority of our work is in private residences. However you can see some examples of our mural and faux finish work in Chico, California at the Bidwell Perk Coffee House just off Mangrove and 1st Ave, on the outside of the Waterland Breslauer Building in downtown Chico, and at Mundy & Company Fine Jewelers also downtown. Three of the eight Round Table Pizza locations that we have created a variety of finishes and mural elements for are also in Chico. Other locations of RTP restaurants include Auburn, CA, Marysville, CA, Gridley, CA, Roseville, CA, and Vacaville, CA. When in Paradise, California you can see our work at the new location of My Girlfriend's Closet, a boutique-like consignment shop on the Skyway. Unfortunately, all of our corporate projects are in buildings that are secured and closed to the public.

How long does it take for a custom order?
Our murals generally take between one week and five weeks to complete. Some projects may take as little as one day. Every project is unique and can be ordered to fit into a range of budgets by changing the layout to either simplify the design or create an elaborate work of art. When we do simplify a design to fit into a more restricted budget we do not sacrifice detail. We just minimize the number of design elements and then detail these elements the same as we would on an elaborate mural.

What mediums are used to create these works?
Our murals and custom finishes are produced using a variety of mediums including artist's oils and acrylics, latex house paints, custom blended plasters and pigments, and oil/water based sealers. We can use products that have minimal odor when requested by the client.

Is there anything applied to protect the murals from damage?
Yes, we apply either a water-based or oil-based sealer to our murals after they are complete. Exterior murals generally receive an oil-based sealer to repel water. Some interior projects also get an oil-based sealer when a specific look and feel is desired. Generally speaking, though, interior projects get a water-based sealer in various sheen levels.
